Center for Digital Innovation Staff Serves as Assistant Trainer in the 2026 Personnel Development Program at Mahamakut Buddhist University, Srithammasokkarat Campus
On 28 May 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Assistant Professor Dr. Nichanun Kittipattanaborn, Assistant to the President for Data and Digital Innovation, Walailak University, was invited to serve as a guest speaker for the 2026 Personnel Development Program organized by Mahamakut Buddhist University, Srithammasokkarat Campus.
During the program, Assistant Professor Dr. Nichanun delivered lectures on two key topics: “Technology Change Management in Educational Institutions in the 21st Century” and “Applying Digital Technology to Enhance Work Efficiency.”
On this occasion, Ms. Patranit Yothinwattanabamrung, General Administration Officer from the Digital Skills and Learning Development Division, Center for Digital Innovation, Walailak University, participated in the program as an Assistant Trainer, providing support throughout the training activities.
The workshop was attended by 50 participants, including administrators, faculty members, and university staff. The training focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of change management in the digital era, adapting to rapidly evolving technologies, and exploring practical approaches to applying digital technology to improve operational efficiency and educational management in the 21st century.
This activity formed part of an ongoing effort to strengthen digital competencies among personnel, empowering them to apply newly acquired knowledge in their professional responsibilities and enabling their organizations to effectively adapt to future changes and challenges.
