The Digital Technology Center participated in the ceremony to offer blessings to Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Chirawat Wattanaphanich, Acting Deputy Director of the Digital Technology Center, along with Mr. Nanthachai Chaisen, Acting Head of Digital Technology Services, and Mrs. Tharee Promprasit, Technician of the Digital Technology Center, represented the agencies in presenting a floral offering in front of a portrait during the ceremony offering auspicious blessings on the occasion of the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, the Princess Srisavangavadhana Worakattiyaratna.

On July 4, 2025, Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, Acting President of Walailak University, presided over the ceremony to offer auspicious blessings on the occasion of the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, the Princess Srisavangavadhana Worakattiyaratna. This ceremony was to express loyalty and express gratitude for Her Royal Highness’s graciousness in performing duties for the benefit of the people and the nation.

In attendance were Colonel Suwat Thongbai, Deputy Chief of Staff of the 4th Army Area; Pol. Col. Aphichat Chansamret, Superintendent of Thasala Police Station, representative of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Police Commander; Ms. Supattra Suebsom Anantapong, Senior Judge of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Court; student leaders, representatives of government agencies, the private sector, and citizens from around the university. The event took place at the Main Auditorium, Thaiburi Building, Walailak University.

On this occasion, participants watched a video of His Majesty’s royal duties for the benefit of the Thai people. Representatives from various agencies within Walailak University, including the President of the Executive Organization, the Student Organization, the President of the Walailak University Student Council, representatives from the Walailak Demonstration Community, and government and private sector agencies, respectively, paid their respects before His Majesty’s portrait.

Afterward, Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, the ceremony’s chairman, presented a floral offering tray, opened a flower tray, read a blessing, and performed a well-wishing verse. Walailak University students performed a well-wishing dance in front of a portrait of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, the Princess Srisavangavadhana. They also signed a book to wish Her Royal Highness good health and happiness, serving as a source of inspiration for the Thai people.

To honor and express loyalty to Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, Walailak University staff and students, along with the general public, donated blood, participated in the “Clean & Clear” volunteer activity to clean the campus, and made merit by offering alms to monks.
