On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the Digital Technology Center organized a training course on accelerating your learning efficiency with Generative AI: ChatGPT, your learning partner, for Walailak University students. Mr. Manit Jitprapai and Ms. Prapaisri Laothongmeesakul, computer systems analysts, Digital Technology Center, were honored to be speakers at Computer Laboratory 2, 2nd floor, Computer Building, Walailak University. The course content consisted of the following 9 topics.
- History and meaning of AI (Artificial Intelligence)
- Types of AI
- AI in everyday life
- Key trends of the future of AI
- The relevance of PDPA to AI
- Introducing AI you should know: gamma ai, qwen, perplexity.a i , v0.dev, notebookLM, n8n Flow “Auto-Podcast
- Recommended Chatgpt for learning – Tutor
- Recommend prompts to achieve desired results and complete 3 workshops.
- Introducing the policy for using Generative Artificial Intelligence technology in research, as announced by Walailak University.
This course aims to provide participants with knowledge and understanding of the use of Generative AI, enabling them to apply this knowledge to teaching and learning, and gain more advanced skills. This training session had interested students from the College of International Dentistry, School of Law, School of Nursing, School of Political Science and Public Administration, School of Public Health, and School of Information Science registering and participating onsite, totaling 51 people.
