The Digital Technology Center held a meeting of the Walailak University Cybersecurity Committee and Subcommittee.
On February 27, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Digital Technology Center, as a committee member and secretary, organized a meeting of the Walailak University Cyber Security Oversight Committee and Subcommittee, with Assistant Rector Asst. Prof. Dr. Nichanan honored to be the chairman of the meeting.
The Digital Technology Center has clarified the guidelines and standards for cybersecurity, which have been approved by the Walailak University Cybersecurity Committee, to the meeting.
The Digital Technology Center has developed a risk register template and risk assessment and management examples to serve as a model for relevant agencies, including Walailak University Medical Center, the Educational Service Center, the Library and Educational Media Center, the Science and Technology Equipment Center, and the Institute for the Promotion of Research and Innovation for Excellence. These agencies, which have the information technology infrastructure, can implement these measures in accordance with Walailak University’s cybersecurity policy, the National Cybersecurity Agency (NCSA) and the law.
