The initiative aimed to strengthen organizational credibility and promote a positive institutional image.
Recognizing that effective communication today extends beyond face-to-face interactions to include various digital and online channels, the Digital Innovation Center organized this training program for 50 staff members to foster professional communication skills and ensure a consistent approach to service delivery across the organization.
On this occasion, the Center was honored to welcome Assistant Professor Dr. Pairoj Nuannum, Deputy Director of the Botanical Park and an expert in communication, as the guest speaker. He delivered a lecture entitled “Effective Communication in the Digital Era,” sharing valuable insights and practical experiences with participants.
The workshop was specifically designed to address the increasing complexity of communication in today’s digital landscape. Key topics included voice techniques and positive communication over the telephone, concise and professional email writing and correspondence, as well as effective message management and handling various situations on social media platforms.
“Effective communication is the foundation of trust. When staff understand how to choose the appropriate communication tools and tone, both offline and online, it directly contributes to the credibility and positive image of the Digital Innovation Center,” emphasized the organizers.
The workshop was conducted in a highly interactive atmosphere, encouraging participants to exchange ideas and experiences. The knowledge and skills gained from the training are expected to be applied in daily operations, further enhancing service quality and increasing stakeholder satisfaction in the future.
