Digital Innovation Center Staff Invited as Workshop Facilitators for “AI-Enhanced OBE”

The Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning organized a two-day workshop entitled “AI-Enhanced OBE: From Course Design to Active Learning in Digital Learning Environments” during 27–28 April 2026 at the Conference Room, Academic Building 6, Level 1. The program aimed to enhance faculty members’ capabilities in designing and delivering instruction based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework while integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies into teaching and learning practices. More than 50 faculty members participated in the training.

The workshop was conducted in collaboration with the Digital Innovation Center (DIC), with Ms. Supaporn Thongchan and Ms. Julaporn Phankamnerd, Computer Systems Analysts from the Digital Innovation Center, serving as workshop facilitators and providing hands-on training to participants.

The activities on 28 April 2026 focused on practical applications, enabling faculty members to implement OBE concepts through institutional digital systems. Technology specialists from the Digital Innovation Center played a key role in delivering two workshop sessions.

The first session, “Workshop on TQF3 Data Entry in the Curriculum Management System,” was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Suthanya Duang-in, Assistant to the President for Teaching and Curriculum Development and Acting Director of the Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning, together with Ms. Supaporn Thongchan, Computer Systems Analyst from the Digital Innovation Center, and Ms. Panicha Sopphanarat, General Administration Officer from the Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning. The session aimed to equip faculty members with the knowledge and skills required to manage curriculum information accurately and efficiently in accordance with institutional standards.

The second session, “From Platform to Pedagogy: Active Learning Design with Moodle,” was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Suthanya Duang-in, Ms. Julaporn Phankamnerd, Computer Systems Analyst from the Digital Innovation Center, and Mr. Kittipong Srisuwan, General Administration Officer from the Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning. The session introduced practical approaches to leveraging digital platforms and applying active learning strategies to create engaging and learner-centered digital learning environments.

This collaboration between academic experts and technology specialists provided participants with not only theoretical insights into curriculum design, but also practical competencies in utilizing digital tools to enhance teaching and learning practices. The workshop reflected the University’s commitment to fostering innovative and technology-enabled education that effectively responds to the evolving demands of the digital era.
